Inmersión lingüística en Gredos

The pulpils from the 1st, 2nd and 3rd ESO bilingual section participated in a linguistic inmersion that took place in Gredos Center the 30th of January. They spent two nights and three days there. Gredos Center is located in the Sierra de Gredos Park which is surrounded by nature and with views of the mountains. The quality of its services and amenities is high together with the level of teaching.

The objective of the trip was to practice the English language with instructors who were speaking in English all the time.

Gredos Center uses the CLIL method: Integrated Learning of Contents and Foreign Language. In other words, children learn English through the activities they do. We did many different activities with this group, all educational and with different vocabulary (Biology, Geography, PE, team games, archery, etc.)

As you can see in the pictures, the participants had a great time, they shared unforgetable memories and all that taking into account an educational and pedagogical background.

Los alumnos de 1º, 2º y 3º ESO de la sección bilingüe participaron en una inmersión lingüística que tuvo lugar en Gredos Center el pasado 30 de enero. Fueron durante dos noches y tres días. Gredos Centre está localizado en el Parque Sierra de Gredos en plena naturaleza y con vistas a la sierra. La calidad de sus servicios es alta, tanto a nivel de alojamiento y comidas, como a nivel de enseñanza.

El objetivo del viaje era hacer una inmersión en la lengua inglesa con monitores que hablaban todo el tiempo en inglés.

Gredos Centre usa el método AICLE: Aprendizaje Integrado de Contenidos y Lengua Extranjera. Es decir que los niños aprenden inglés a través de las actividades que hacen. Con este grupo hicimos muchas actividades distintas, todas educativas y con distinto vocabulario (biología, geografía, educación física, juegos en equipo, tiro con arco, etc.)

Como se puede apreciar en las fotos, los participantes se lo pasaron genial, compartieron momentos inolvidables y todo ello teniendo en cuenta siempre un trasfondo educativo y pedagógico.
